Hot is available by request.This recipe comes from my Perez family line and is the same salsa I grew up with through my grandfather and our family food truck, The Tamale Steamer.Perez Kitchen is my way of carrying that flavor and legacy forward — simple, fresh, personal, and made to share.Hope you try it and enjoy it as much as we do!—Jennifer Perez
